One new one currently being developed in the Orlando area is called Gatherings at Lake Nona (pictured above).

Gatherings of Lake Nona is a community of 216 condos located inside the master-planned community of Lake Nona. Residents here can enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle, as well as access to amenities like a large clubhouse, outdoor pool, and a dog park. 

The condos at Gatherings of Lake Nona are available in four different floor plans that offer two or three bedrooms. Those condos can be as small as 1,368 square feet, and they can be as large as 1,805 square feet. Prices start in the high $300k’s.
