A few months ago we told you about the opening of Indigo East, a gated neighborhood within the greater On Top of the World community, with five floorplans ranging in size from 1,500 sq. ft. of living area to more than 2,100 sq. ft. of living area.

Four of the five floorplans are currently priced under $200,000.

At that price point what you’ll often see is fairly basic standard features like linoleum flooring, vinyl cabinets, and laminate counters, but On Top of the World has gone out of their way to make some of the nicer upgrades like ceramic tile, wood cabinets, and granite/quartz countertops standard in these homes.
