A few days ago I gave you a heads up that the price will soon go up by $100 at For Boomers Academy.

On the enrollment page, I talked a little bit about what I call the “3 Phases of Retirement Lifestyle Design”.

When most people come to my sites for the first time, they’re in Phase 1, which consists mainly of research and developing your short list of places and communities where you might someday want to retire.

Unfortunately, without a clear plan, most people get stuck in this phase and never get to phase 2, which involves actually putting all of your research and planning into action.

For Boomers Academy gives you my proven process for moving through all three phases, with helpful training videos, worksheets, and checklists to guide you each step of the way.

The content is available on-demand, so you can go at whatever pace is comfortable to you.

You’ll get clear on things like:

When I met Bill and Barbara 2 years ago, they were stuck in New Hampshire, with a house to sell, no clear plan on exactly where they wanted to retire (they knew it was somewhere in Florida but weren’t sure beyond that), and they had kids who lived near them that were trying to get them to stay.
