Just this week, Minto Communities, who have had active adult communities featured on my site for
several years, recently announced that they are partnering with Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville brand on a massive new 55+ community in my hometown, Daytona Beach.
The nearly 7,000 home, golf cart-friendly community will be called Latitude Margaritaville.
