The Gardenia is one of the most popular models you’ll see being built in The Villages. You can occasionally find new and resale Gardenia’s priced in the $200k’s, but depending on options, upgrades, and lot premiums you’ll also see them in the $300k’s, $400k’s, and $500k’s.
