The Latest on Latitude Margaritaville

The model homes at Latitude Margaritaville are now open.

The local newspaper captured the festivities at the Model Home Grand Opening, and in this video you can see a little bit inside a few of the models on display.

As far as communities here on the central east coast of Florida go, the one you’ll hear most about in the coming years is Latitude Margaritaville.

But not everybody wants to live among a 24-hour party.
